Another Taco Tuesday creation! These tacos are a real crowd pleaser, but are not strictly limited to breakfast. You can make this taco recipe easily and therefore eat these tacos anytime… breakfast, lunch or dinner!
- Rasher bacon cooked how you like it
- Fried eggs cooked firm then cut in half
- Roasted tomatoes
- Dill cucumbers diced
- Grated tasty cheese
- Any sauces you like such as tomato, sweet chilli or as shown here sriracha.
- Taco shells – hard or soft, follow the preparation instructions on the pack
As with any shared dish I like to put all the ingredients from the taco recipe in bowls or on plates and lay them on the table so everyone can gather around and make their own unique version of breakfast tacos. Personally I like everything. So, grab a shell or wrap, fill it up and eat!
