Crispy Chicken Tacos

Watch out!  These tacos get devoured in minutes so make plenty.  The good news is they are dead easy.


  • Crispy chicken – thinly slice chicken breast, dust with flour and shallow fry in rice bran oil or similar until crispy.  Do the chicken in batches to get the best result.
  • Guacamole or simply use smashed avocado.
  • Lettuce
  • Grated cheese
  • Soft taco wraps, tortilla wraps, whatever works for you – wrap in foil and heat in oven for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Sriracha, sweet chilli or whatever else you like to spice up your tacos

To serve

Put everything on the table and let people loose!
