Jazz up your soup

This is a gorgeous chicken and vegetable soup made by a friend and kindly donated to me.  Whilst wholesome and delicious by itself, I took it to the next level by dressing it with some sriracha, fried shallots and a dollop of creme fraiche.

Adding things afterwards is a great way to customise the taste, especially if you like flavours that complement the dish, but perhaps everyone else doesn’t.
