These were improvised on a night where I was running late and needed a quick, tasty, but reasonably healthy meal. So I bought a roast chicken on the way home and added a few things I already had.
- Roast chicken
- Multi-grain tortillas (warmed)
- Kale leaves
- Carrot (julienne)
- Pickled onions (See other recipe on the site)
- Spring onions
As usual, put everything out and let people make their tacos!
